Pole Dancing Every woman has the potential to be able to pole dance. No two pole dancers are alike. Achieve a total body workout like no other! Burn over 500 calories per session. Through our sessions you will be encouraged to develop your individual style of movement. Classes are for everyday women who are interested in focusing on the art of pole dancing. During this session you will learn; pole stretches, strengthening exercises, approaches, transitions, pole spins & poses. This class is great for building your confidence & self expression. Improve your posture, poise & balance while we transform, sculpt, tone & shape your body!
4 Week Sessions where classes meet once a week for 75 minutes. Each level must be completed before progressing to the next level! Private lessons are available.
Hula DancingHula is a graceful Hawaiian tradition that combines hip movements, footwork & hand motions to speed up your metabolism and target tone your entire body. Master the following hula steps kaholo, hela, double hela, uwehe, lele 'uwehe, and ka'o. These steps combined with traditional aerobic steps to create her innovative and enjoyable Cardio Hula. This dynamic combination delivers amazing results and will get you to burn calories as you dance your way to a slim, toned body with Hula Abs & Buns.
Belly Dancing - Tribal FusionTribal fusion incorporates elements from Middle Eastern, West African, North African, Hip Hop, Flamenco, Indian dance, Yoga, Burlesque, and the circus arts. Her dance is forever evolving, integrating new and interesting forms and dynamic moves. In saying this, this art form can carry you through a fast paced shimmy till you drop movement, to a slow slinky almost serpentine style...in either case, it is geared to celebrate and accentuate every female form.
Salsa DancingSalsa Dancing is by far the most popular Latin dance. If you are a beginner, or have never danced salsa before, you can learn this style of dance. NO PARTNER REQUIRED!! Learn the Salsa basics starting with: the rhythm, fun turn patterns, break step variations, leading and following 'fun'-damentals, body control, comprehensive patterns and turns with Fundamental interactive styling. You'll be dancing before you know it, while burning calories and toning your hips, thighs & abdominals while having fun!
