Krispy Chocolate Balls

  • 1 Box Rice Krispy Cereal
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 bag of marshmallows
  • Chocolate discs

Directions: Melt one stick of butter and slowly add in one bag of marshmallows, stirring until melted. Slowly add in Cereal until fully coated with melted marshmallow mixture. Take cereal and form into small balls and place on tray covered with wax paper. Refridigerate for one hour. Melt chocolate discs in pan. Take cereal balls and dip into the melted chocolate. Place back on tray and refridigerate for one hour. Serve.


Tipsy Olive Tapenade

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp capers drained
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 8 oz jar olives drained (marinate in vermouth)
  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Directions: In a food processor, chop first four ingredients. With machine running gradually add olive oil until mixture is creamy. Serve on garlic bread or crackers.
